May 21, 2017, the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus presented its final show. A moment of both sadness and celebration for a treasured and unique American institution. Mutt & Stuff Emmy Nominations

Mutt & Stuff again received two nominations in the 44th Daytime Emmy Awards, for Outstanding Preschool Children’s Series and for Outstanding Directing in a Children’s Series. Congratulations to the Mutt & Stuff cast and crew!

Nickelodeon Orders 13 More Episodes of ‘Mutt & Stuff’

Nickelodeon has ordered 13 additional episodes of the hit preschool series Mutt & Stuff from Sid & Marty Krofft (H.R. Pufnstuf, Land Of The Lost). The increased order brings the total episodes to 73 for Mutt & Stuff’s first and second seasons.

In the season two debut episode of Mutt & Stuff, “Basketball Dogs vs. The Harlem Globetrotters,” the world famous exhibition basketball team faces off against the talented dogs of Mutt & Stuff in an exciting game of hoops. It airs Friday, August 19 at 10 AM.

Out of this World premiere

Out of this World, the new Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus from Feld Entertainment, with an original score by Michael Picton, premiered at the Los Angeles Staples Center on July 14, 2016. For the first time in Ringling Bros. history, the show uses an ice performing surface, featuring thrill skaters in addition to unbelievable performances by gravity-defying acrobats, majestic animals and hilarious clowns, with acts seamlessly transitioning from floor to air to ice.

Sigmund and the Sea Monsters

On June 17, Amazon Studios debuted a rebooted Sigmund and the Sea Monsters pilot. Michael Picton produced the new arrangement of the theme song “Friends” from the original series. Sid and Marty Krofft’s original Sigmund and the Sea Monsters ran on NBC from 1973 to 1975.
